Job Description: Summary:

Information Security GRC is seeking an Information Security Training & Awareness Lead to drive employee-facing cybersecurity communications, training, and phishing simulations. This role will translate technical risks into clear, actionable guidance and improve training engagement and compliance. Ideal candidate has experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools (Articulate), and security awareness programs. Strong communicator with ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

This role has a heavy emphasis on communications. The ideal candidate excels at taking technical security content and translating it into clear, concise, business-friendly messaging for diverse stakeholders. Success requires the ability to turn around communications quickly and accurately in time-sensitive situations with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver security communications and awareness campaigns

* Design and deploy role-based training (e.g., LMS, Articulate)

* Track training completion, report metrics, and follow up on gaps

* Support phishing simulations and analyze results

* Partner with InfoSec, HR, and Communications teams

* Manage shared security inbox and respond to employee inquiries

* Plan and execute engaging awareness activities and events (e.g., Cybersecurity Awareness Month, workshops, gamified learning experiences)

Required Experience

* Strong communication and content development skills (technical ? business-friendly) - heavy emphasis on communications background

* Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate)

* Familiarity with phishing simulations (e.g., Hoxhunt) and security awareness programs

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

* Action-oriented, high-energy, with strong coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks

* Analytical and data-driven mindset with exceptional follow-through-ensures nothing falls between the cracks

* Ability to build close, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across teams

* Positive attitude and collaborative presence in a dynamic work environment

Work Environment

* Hybrid schedule: Generally Monday-Thursday onsite, with some variability

* Candidate should be flexible and proactive about communicating with the team
